20-Insoluble sulfur
It’s scientific name is high polymer of sulphur, the shorter form is IS or US. It contains different quantity of oil extension, so forming IS-series and non-oil extension product. It is the new type rubber vulcanizing agent, widely be used in tire, and it is the special chemicals for TBR and PCR tire.
Product advantage:
1. The rubber doesn’t spout frost during storage time. It can keep the uniform function of the rubber material. It overcomes short coming of spouting frost cause the rubber’s bad cohesion. And it prevents the pollution to the rubber product and the models.
2. It has no moving phenomenon between rubber layer, it protects the surfaces to form stickiness.
3. Reduce coking during the mix smelting and storage time.
4. Shorten vulcanization time, reduce the consumption of sulphur, improve the rubber product’s anti-oxidize property.
5. Enhance the rubber binding with other materials.

Application: It apply widely to natural rubber and many kinds of synthetic rubber. They suit to tire and sealant of tape and pipes making, especially to meridian tire’s making.
Package and storage: 25kg paper bag inner with PE bag. It should be stored in a cool well-ventilated area.
